gd news is elena is intending to go to melbourne for further studies so if shes got accomodation in aust. likely i can stay in her house with lsb

with that i completed task for jan.. awaiting pay day to pay off outstanding debts
the amt of debts people chalk up is scary.
till now i m still quite stoned when i wake up at 5.45am for my morning shift .. another 4 more days.. 2 more weeks to m7 infact. another 4 more days to go . m7 for this month. from waking up at 11 to reducing to half the hour . but somehow its gd. i get to see my dad at home
just now i almost forgot about this towkay still waitingfor me to collect my heater
intense 1 hr session with boss. come to think about it. leonard looks quite leng zai.. quite a handsome boss i got. and only 3 yrs older than me .
he doesnt look like he aged a lot compared to other shift supervisors i know.
to sunnarize , my soft skills in handing service disatisfaction is still a long way to go. procedures and the sop to do the operations in citiphone is still foriegn to me.
blame in on my usual sloppy work sometimes. n the compliance team never fails to " check " on our " misrepresentation and failed verification .
n there are always people which we like to get off the hook, glad boss listened in and understand the stress i had. at that intense moment. had i just took the chance to call back instead of harping n sotonging. i guess it would have been easier then
last week . last sun i left suddenly. n i misplace a book of customer ic and card nos , miraclously i manage to get it back when " someone " found it and returned to my boss. maybe its the guan yin that i prayed yesterday.. helped me find it back must thank god for it.
its the first time i left such important follow ups and luckily its not found by the UM.. my boss 's boss. hahahhaha to end it i still had a fruitful saturday
which i made conscious effort to avoid speaking singlish on the phone and act in any form of unprofessional manner.

hopefully get a new job n move on soon..

first entry at home after night shift..
9.05am after a bath eatting some chee cheong fan.. banana walnut bread. banana n milo for breakfast
long nite .. first time after i finished night shift. dad told me he sign an invoice to replace toilet pipe..$850..tats a steep price
i tot dad was a bit gullible to be led into signing the invoice.haiz
hope can cancel the invoice and no need to pay such expense
