i had dinner with the XXX and then i begin to c a different shade in her perspective and her style of handling difficult customers, the problem of being nice and also being assertive in our point of view as a service provider

i was listening to class 95 as usual to ward off the jam and keep myself occupied and that there was a report who revealed that singapore is one of the lowest birth rates in asia and the reasons behind it is that locals are not enticed to get married, giving birth to more children. more are delaying marriage and many young couples are not obliged to start a family , factors are that the baby bonus are no longer attractive, the caregiving , caregivers and childcare centres are not so affordable and there are no suitable people to fill up the roles of caregiving and care for the children , respondents somehowfind the facilities are not adequate enough to entice them. one of the likely reason was the work commitment was too much to give up for parenthood which indeed is a worrying trend .coz the current solution is to import ready made families such as encouraging foriegners to migrate to singapore with their ready talents. and national day is one of such agenda and opportunity as a form of promotional methods to "lure"people to stay in singapore with our " ever structured form of standard of living"
everything about here is just so orderly and systemactic. there are rules abiding to every criteria and locals are just abiding to it dutifully which is something i couldnt observe when i was overseas earlier.
when i board mtr in hongkong .old habits die hard, i will still imagine a imaginery yellow line and stand behind the yellow line at the side and wait for passengers to alight before bashing in for the most available seats. when i out there i realize how miss the 4 languages. english, chinese, malay n indian language used predominently apart the inaudible english and some occasional cantonese which i can barely undestand in the hk mtr station and macau port.. i love being close to home..

its been a good weekend starting on sat with a bitching session with germ followed by a nice facial. family dinner and also a nice hair color @ hairjournal. mahognang base with red streaks. brings out the shine with the coporate uniform.

and my view towards it , is that the news was jut a subjective case and it does not represent the majority, the character of an individual depends on many factors like upbringing, moral values n the degree and the extend of abiding to certain unwritten norms and moral values attached to it. so how to determine whether this person can be good largely depends on certain criteria, we even covered areas like even intelligent people commit intelligent crimes. however if everybody is orderly . good , and kind it wouldnt be realistic as well
so religion can be a good method to curb and modify behaviour however this is also part of the inner nature to be good then the effects wil be fully absorbed
not all the people think like this. n we should not just instigate certain values on anyone, furthermore behavior cannot be forced. enforced on anyone in fact. so it really takes time to be a gracious society.
some people are easier to mould others maybe not , they prefer to stick in their own rosy and familiar environment where everything comes in smoothly to them. they are resilient to changes just like a stone.my father is one of such an example , borned in the post war period where there is disorder and disharmony and the only right thing that comes in place is a super stable job with a monotone lifestyle to make things work.Unfortunately things do not work this way for me, i prefer variety with an injected feel of new things changing and happening everyday. fastpaced and challenges spur me up which is why i strive in this type of environment
i met up ms chong earlier to pass her the gift, shes happy in her own manner, n i mok with it as long as shes happy. shes a little chubby now.
i got my shape tshirt. and i m working towards an even more leaner figure to get back things that i have lost in order to gain back the least of the self respect i have for myself. i respect my body so i have to work hard to get it back.. 50kg.. not far from target but i must make it work. so sinful eating kenny chicken chop and satay earlier. i do have some craving for certain local delights coz although hongkong offers many choices but in certain perspective nothing beats home. the place when u grow up eating.. n wanting it..
making things happen has always been one my personal motto. i must do it , then it will happen which i firmly believe in cause n effect theory. grow apple .. sow apple
besides setting objectives the positive mindset is a powerful tool to motivte oneself towardsa certain direction to pursue certain goals.

coporate people have a different set of needs & demands. especially to car dealers, special negotiation skills is needed to have a win-win situation.
my strategy against crooks is to plan my every step carefully and guard myself against xiao ren.the more they want to crush me, the stronger i emerge so as to ward myself against more trouble and also not be scared & fearful of such opponents. the stronger they come against , the more i have to fight back, thats e real sam. in the long run those who stand wrong will win the ever changing battle with the right tactics and equipped with the right mindset against crooks
one thing i realize towards contractors, we have to stand firm n assertive to get what we want. during the course of the opening, i had a cupboard which needed to be lifted up in order to get it closed. of course when i feedback to thomas, his first instant reaction was to tell me to feedback to the carpenter to get it fixed.
however the first time round, i was given some "excuse from the contractors" that it cant be changed due to some concept transformation given by the top management.entirely bullshit.. he was simply bo chap to get it fixed for me.. after another round of complain n feedback given by the other boss . my cupboard was fixed. n this gave me a lesson to be learnt which is to get what you want no matter what it takes to since the item was new, n we've already paid for it.. so " no excuses ! just get it done !
today baby boy arrived to earth.. new memember.. my aunt status is upgraded once again

i have to get this off my chest quickly to illustrate the joys and agony of travelling with people whom i know n people whom i just met.
Day 1
touch down in hk at abt 2.15pm met a nice couple. panda & meiyan... e guy's name is yue quan which i always cant remember well..
meiyan is a nice n simple contented person who clicks well with the both of us. the only drawback is his panda, not so sporty. lacks stamina but a great guy who dotes on his wife . similar trait is .. hes a also an accomodating person in a group

today when i went back to office.. i m exhausted. took a cab this morning

one thing i realize .. hongkong is a nice superb place for nice bargains, shopping n some nite scene .. but to stay there in long term is a pain.. i hate rude people. hk ppl r so obsessed with making $ n stay in a highly stressful environment.
the theory = no $ no talk// no sense of belonging.. n the service they render is just service for the sake of transactional purpose
macau noisiest foodcourt i 've eaten in my entire 25yrs in history
espirt warehouse was so much madness , we almost went crazt grabbing for about 1.5hrs stay in the factory outlet

causeway- cinema reminds me of the cathay. they are so contraint for space even the small corners can squeeze out a toilet
home is the best
nice n compliant. prim n proper
free n easy tour is adventurous trying out new food, new places ,new people we meet
a lot of little quarrels along the trip, focus on our objectives n we are happy

back to office today- the aloof attitude cool n composed. met linus goh the big boss of our team.. emb 1.. Aquistion team for new corporate business.. loans n trade services

although there was enough damage to pay off the debts next month .. its worth the effort spent..
