i had dinner with the XXX and then i begin to c a different shade in her perspective and her style of handling difficult customers, the problem of being nice and also being assertive in our point of view as a service provider
i begin to learn from her point of view and i realize it is but another approach instead of being nice n saying yes all the time
people who are borned leaders but not sales ppl, as well as nice boss but when it comes to nasty people have to be equally firm so as not to bow down to unreasonable requests to get bullied or abused by cb ppl..
hahah she shared a few of her stories n although shes a tough person n so have i know of her dark side of her. i still find her a gd co worker to be valued although she uses a harsh approach sometimes just to get things done in along the way
