0112hrs... 24 months to wedding with Panda..29.9.2013.. 20kg to lose
current weight : 70kg lost about 3 kg over about the past month or so..
cutting back on snacks..trying hard to lesser rice during dinner and less fried food for a start.. lesser fastfood.. no stress eating sweet drinks.. hopefully stress w make me slimer.. after which next big ticket item is to confirm wedding venue..
