after 2 months of persistance and stress from my boss. we manage to clinch the deal from global data company.. it brings in significant amount of revenue and clearly my boss was happy about it .
the challenges faced was the level of english for my correspondence. used to sound amateurish and unprofessional. the conference call was challenging. calling someone from the states and the actual buyer is from australia.drafting the terms and conditions was tough . n so was the interface of the results for kyc. compliance and verification of consumer data.
i m glad the deal is clinched. my boss was beaming away when she saw me walk past her on my way back home.
it was a relief after submitting my weekly reports and the necessary to be handed in.
had dinner at ishumura.. this stone bowl rice. not totally fantastic.
just as i wanted to be in bed. my phone rang and he was mingquan. he was whining to me about baker tilly the mid range tier accounting firm he faced. His manager was not happy with his performance and passed personal attacks like the choice of his perfume.
I learnt new terms today as well. owner. charter and agent from lsb. on the issues of her shipping brokerage trade..
something happy to look forward to..
today is sat.i can choose to nap after work. or acc panda to the studio for his shots for his gown n his uni mates.
D & D in november in grand hyatt..
exciting month also includes new school term with kaplan startin 27 nov 2010.. orientation..
9 dec first lesson. n birday week.. 16-19 dec for another unit.
if all should end smoothly .. convo in 2012 mar..
completion by 20 nov 2011..
quite a list of things to look forward n plan ahead..
dec is also the month for the results on sale of balance of flats. n if i should b so lucky.. i should gain a chance to lay my hands on my first asset. property with panda.
