2 incidents in a row. so angry with someone

last evening i assisted a new colleague for some operation work
in order to make things more convenient for a customer, i personally follow up n went to her place. then it started pouring fine, i was drenched when i walked back to office. that stupid colleague of mine didnt even bother to ask me or offer any tissue.
today i had to take a cab down to r. branch because e customer because of his own convenience brought to another place. e taxi claim . i oso cannot refund coz its due to my own fault or rather i m clearing someone's shit n rubbish .n i was so bloody pissed because me being drenched was all for nothing
n then another incident, one of the premier client wrote a veri long n disturbing complaint letter claiming that he was not well served n was pissed off by some new customer, this smart aleck arrow me n told my boss i was in between the customer n him
n i was being wrongly accused for something which i had not done, n my boss started to accuse me n bomb me a lot of questions which i cant answer, n to make things worse, his tone become more n more unfriendly n rude until then luckily my fellow colleague came in to clear this round of misunderstanding then e pieces came to link n then everything was cleared up , he asked me to get out of the room . which i was already boiling to the max. almostwant to yell at this new colleague
already in the morning i was super angry with that customer for nt following simple instruction on our agreement n then came another issue to be resolved , i tink it s enough of nonsense
n these days crooks r so smart,, they make use of stolen materials to embezz $ out of it. stolen atm card can be replaced by some bad ppl.
better practise caution in order nt to fall for such traps
