n about the update of that new guy, i really dispise ppl who give up easily n i heard from another colleague he plans to resign becoz of some rubbish, he created. for someone new, hes so eager to prove himself n for a new banker the first 6 months is always the toughest frm jan 2006- now.. almost 2 yrs plus . i 've seen almost 1o bankers come n go, n this fellow is the worst of the lot , never had i had such a yaya newcomer who tinks he can start to sell products n prove himself n not humbleto learn from the others or to eat humble pie n learn from the basics , this is one ting i cant compromise for people like him, if u dunno how to walk then crawl first , but if u want to try flying from the start, then i m sorry . too bad then .i forsee that he cant go far in this line. n he wants to hop to premier another competitor co....although i really detest n hate such people.
