today 's agenda for the day was to understand the wow factor n the various issues which might occur in the new br. as well as building rapport with the customer. n the correct techniques to build small talk with the coporate ppl. n the out of the box methods to pacify and calm angry customers down.it is an art indeed to able to use good judgement to handle situations if all else fails .

the 2 day seminar has equipped me with some basic skills to win a battle now. but due to the lack of experience and confidence , howeever i believe this will not deter me from performing my best on the ground
there could be many hiccups along the way but with the chip in help with each and every member, the problems faced in the inital stage can be resolved eventually.understanding the value preposition and doing exactly when the situation calls for it is 2 types of reaction & outcome.

i have just collected some of the operational material from js. ready to soar high with the new folks. the agenda for the next few days has been firmed up n all set to perform.
in a new place where they are new rules to observe. i hope ican pick up as much as possible to get used to it as soon as possible
come fri we will do a photoshoot for the editing team to " promote" on our new team to make us "famous"
