today's session was very enligtening be it as a personal or work aspect.
thomas started off the session with a ice breaking, getting to know each other
some key areas to focus on visual improvisation,the factors to impress customers , the various techniques of communication, understanding the MBTI theory to know how different personalities get along n what are the various advantages and disadvantages of different people,to be able to complement each other,as well as getting to know him better as a new boss
started with the geese story on how they fly and the importance of a team n the effectives to perform to the maximum performance. with a sharp leader, in the correct direction, sometimes to bend a little , swerve to the left or to the right in the course of a storm and also overcoming the difficulties
i m rather surprised that I am a ISFP, introverted, sensing feeling and perceiving whereas in one particular exercise we were grouped among the similar type of personality to plan a BBQ. My group presented in a coherent manner with all the respective contingency plans n the rightful person to be in charge of instead of blur, unclear general planning guidelines. I am surprised i can be so detailed n precise sometimes. so i m a bit of a judger.
For one particular slide, we were told to identify the no of Fs in a passage n i didnt realize i wasnt really being very sharp, there were a total of 6Fs n i could see 4 Fs,supposed to wake us up after lunch..
sometimes we are blinded by our own perception that we failed to see the big picture
seriously i was rather apprehensive on my big switch to business retail banking. something which i have never embarked before , so theres really many uncertainties and ambiguity ,in a positive manner , it should be a new challenge to be the best branch .. the first and best coporate team

thomas was a ocs trainer n his style of presenting is somewhat unconventional because he related his little stories that we could remember on
we went for swenson for lunch n it was on him. everything went on quite smoothly until the feedback session. i was so dumb that i totally blanked out n i felt so dumb in front of my new colleagues n boss that i was speechless.so i decided to do a little background homework and prepare for the team building session of part 2 for tomorrow
creating a little difference with a new mindset should set us going in this exciting journey together as a team. n i want to give it my best shot as the pionner group for this new retail banking concept

earlier on. elephant & bro worm cameto my place again to try their luck.. to try to brainwash my dad.. i find them irritating coz they are 2 asssholes.. troublemakers . childish idiots.sometimes i have this impulse to ask them to fuck off. i m really pissed off by these 2 people. because i find them childish n totally irresponsible for their actions...i must remain composed because i can sense that i will really flare up one day if i cannot tolerate such nonsense ..domestic issue any more coz my dad cannot be firm enough to reject the nonsense couple
