早上起来我去楼下跑步，精力充沛。
收拾心情准备明天应考，过了这关就等三个月等成绩放榜。此刻心情有点复杂，很快要结束exam leave,面对现实,回到工作岗位。不能再赖床了！有点xian..
回到家还爬了整座的楼梯，practise yoga, stretch my muscles.. 保持健美身材。健康就是美！！
希望明天的paper 不要太难，hope to score better than last yr ideally。桌上放了灌pocari sweat..喝了超爽！

我觉得用中文来表达很贴切， 意义也可以比较生动。
太久没有运用，真的有点生疏。
连读都有问题，何况是写。
在一个讲中文的客户群的环境之下工作，怎样都要学几句应急，不然会死得很难看，中国的市场越来越lucrative,如果可以和这群target group communicate, 会是一个很好的商机。
我想这样以来我也可以自我提升中文的水平。长远来看应该是件好事

tb was like so madness, riding a bike after practising for 15mins , he sort of dislocated his shoulder when he fell from the ride on one of his trips while the pillion jumped off the bike so he was fine. n so this young man try to adjust it by himself n miraculously he managed to adjust it to correct place
his travel mates consisted of the high elites with reputable backgrounds, obviously they are very rich n one of them is a ceo of a company in thailand whereas one the dad own a import n export co in vietnam
he mentioned about a mountain city n everyday they drank a lot of booze. johnny walker blue label, the most expensive range, n they ate dinner in a private yacht .omg wat a high life,its when ur parents r freaking rich, you can consider such a lifestyle.basically in summary these bunch of ah sia or 公子哥are players also commonly known as playboys in short.
when i met him for coffee earlier, he looked like he just been to war. totally disorientated, messy hair, puffy face.. e to describe him, he was like living for the moment with those ah sias. although they are really friendly & hospitable to him a guest
