i watched e news today . there r a couple of natural disaster happening in different parts of the world
frm the myanmmar cyclone
china earthquake @ sichuan province, chengdu
n US tornado
seems like the world has been so gloomy
watched CNA. PM lee with the various business leaders discussing about the major issues . rising oil prices , global inflation, rising food prices for stable food like rice, maize, wheat n so forth
the possible measures to counter the problems
was quite surprised to c david conner , my ceo on national tv asking about the rising food prices n how other governments will intervene n react to such phenomenon
its indeed a new trend
most of the replies were divided into short term n long term
immediate reaction is to help the poorer income group but eventually with rising middle class in india n china . the consumption rate for more rice. more meat will eventually be resolved
dad' still in china n after carefully reading up the geographical reigon between the distance of sichuan province n xiamen. there is really not much worries since e epicentre is in southwestern china whereeas my dad is in western part of china .
i m happy to just slack at home for the next couple days , just to get some bread. or joggin within a certain perimeters of my neighbourhood
dinner juz now was just a apple . some bread n a packet of vitasoy rather simple meal. instant noddles is just getting too bored n i m sick of it
