we have a teller whos taking far too much mc. n shes exempted for certain busines sfunction which lead to y . boss is so double standard.. tats becoz shes the pet.. n tats y . she sa ka skill best
shes a discerning person whos smiling always. but she shares spies infowith boss. n when boss knows it. we dunno y n who spread it
apparently she was on mc for 2 months and she disappear and went aust so for 3 monthss she was on mcn bloc k leave n it led to much unhappiness n resentment among the team.. we all feel unjustified why shes has got such double standard treatment that boss still can keep her ard while she goes around stiring info n back stabbing the others along the way to preserve her place and gets awat scot free.

the power of grapevine , informal information sharing in an organisation has got amazing effects. if u happen to sa ka ur boss well. chances r u become a lackey n ur life gets more rosier indeed

i m so tired i put on a fake smile with them n pretend to be so nice with them i hate tis side of me, although it pays well so theres a trick to tackle all these issues. ET in media line told me. just bo chap listen , gather all the grapevine info. keep your mouth shut, do your job well.maybe i should get out of banking it doesnt suit me. its a line of liars, hypocrites. a fake self. a stage in frontline and a palace of gossip mongers

there r so many rumours spreading around all around.. from rong mou mou.. xiaogui zi. sexy mama. step mother. step father.n zhen zhu,, defuse them n cast it all away. all in a day's work
i hate the fact of being manipulated. it makes working more bitter than ever to face clients request..
we have tlike clients last min.. yet demanding but high profit generating. they are everywhere like houseflies.. i cant sweep it off
luckily i have a bunch of pals i know i can count on.. panda has been nice to me he arrange bfs with me cheer me up. sometimes makes me feel like a princess at times n tat makes my day sometimes
we've gone through some rough patches.. n i learnt somehow some tricks on the conflicts to deal with him , certain ways to resolve conflicts.. some tips adapted from lsb.. modified n i apply it on.. it doesnt work all lthe time but it helps to keep my cool
in terms of management, men are less emotional than women . and thats what makes a female boss more challenging to work with
these days with a black cloud above us.recession. H1N1. tings r moving so much slower.. we cant help it but the organisation will not understand this. its a profit generating listed firm n those who cant fit gets the sack its just a simple theory, its not charity nor is it a honeymoon zone
the days r over.. we have to look forward and perform.. perform perform..
