competition. competition. competition.. among the new hires my avg timing is 13 mins per call with clock out of 367 calls for 5 days which equates to 60 calls per day.5 calls per hour. i would say quite all rite for a new timer.. though the target is abt 90calls per day per CPO.. was on the phone with tb last nite. coz i couldnt koon till about 5 this morning n i woke up around 10.50am close to 11.. luckily i didnt sleep further if not i would have a huge headache known as the oversleep syndrome..

patricia whos our overall boss is quite concerned of our ongoing progress and when i was having my salad dinner, she was emphasizing on consistency and improvement in the call volume. sounds hectic. but its not common to see people running around for forms and asking for help while holding the client on the line..
i learnt a few jargon as well .. cm = customer , wv= waiver = afw = annual fee waiver.n so forth.. hahaha its amazing how fast i can type now while calculating late and financial charge for those ah neh xiao.. those hei hei ji lin zai..miser but yet so fussy..
i would say they deserve to be charged but they always like to bargain..
