hehhehe day 4 a2 shift

so far so good . my speed is picking up. i am approaching about 60 odd calls per day..
target call is about 88 i think i m doing fine.compared to the rest . although occasionally i still have trouble maker people bugging me on the phone to discount on late charges . whereas they r the ones who didnt make a single cent to the bill to give the bank a chance to slap them with late fees and compounding interest about a while i dun feel sorry for them at all. seriously they should review their own spending habits before they chalk up a huge debt...
and the smelly feet ppl.. the chow ka xiao.. omg is horrendous. i even had someone in fact a few who called at the point when they were making purchase. that the merchant decline the purchase n one of them was practically begging me to up limit their line although its already goner . cannot make it.. coz its already over limit.. to just let them go through the transaction and they promise to make payment
but the payment term stated in system .. they were practically whispering on the line.. another dispute was a $12 cab fare that turn out to be $400 odd n this person was afraid that they have her 12 nos and the unique verification code.. scare will swipe finish her card. n i was in a dilenma whether to block or not to block card. if i block liao sccare if card invalid how will the merchant be able to creditb ack her extra $ n veri funny. tis person report policce.. hahaha n 2 times she call in . i happen to route n answer her call ,so funny.. if nt atm is gd enough
use c card ntw orth it oso got sur charge
she call in 2 times i so heng can route to my id wa lau but sh veri sweet voice althoug h she yr 78 later i got to check for her c got refund a nt taxi better dun use card tis cabby veri fishy.. write her 16 nos.. n the verification code behind her card n expiry date better. dun let ppl the 3 no.. veri dangerous one.. we can never prevent if the cabby is kuku or especially if we r drunk ourselves.yeah man
