after thinking it through over the past 3 hours
rightfully if shes nt liable to charges. i jolly well offset n reverse it. n now she demands tat she no need to pay for everyting . where got such ting rite n harping for 2 hrs leh no joke . its nt a matter if i affected a nt but rahter a matter of principle//

n she insist tat since i m the 4th person who answer her request . the colleagues who handled before me .gave her the instruction that all over payment paid to the wrong card paid will be totally offset.. no more oweing to the bank.
the question harped during the 2hr conversation is as follows

n i got to escalate the call somemore n ask a perosn to take over n settle for
after the 2hr call the conclusion is she shld not be penalised n she would nt even pay a a single cent coz its the bank's fault that the system did not offset her underpayment when she made new transaction the overpaidcard which she did not have to pay
so for a dispute amt of $50/. shes nt willing to pay a single cent for it although its her own fault that she made a mistake herself for nt paying full amount for it.
n out of good will i have reversed all the possible retail interest and late charge she incured .coz she underpaid for the month of july. so come aug n sept bill she incured the charges. she has to clear up whichever that was not paid.n its not someting extra she had to. i m so pissed with her attitude on the phone when she knew its her mistake to overpay to the wrong card in the first place . n she was the one herself who had confused herself on the correct n exact payment for her visa n master cards
for god sakes its nt tat shes got 10 cards n she has to pay a lot of money . its freaking 50 bucks. swipe liao still got the cheek nt to pay .
wat an unreasonable request. its not tat i m asking her to pay late charges . its her retail transaction she overlooked.

n shes got a rich bf. i dunno wat 50 bucks equates to her bf. maybe its just like 5 dollars to him since he drives a sports car.

well its like 2am now. n i m feeling imbalanced over the last conversation made 3hours ago.. tink i need a run tml or skipping to get it off my head. although the call was not made personally. i dun like tis caller , customer's or rather panda's sec sch fren who i was dealing with. shes so mean. rude . demanding and stingy.wat else.. she snapped at me n did not allowed me to explain entirely before she cut me off during the conversation . i remember got an instance i asked her to allowme to finish my sentence first .
tml i will go to bugis to temple and pray and get a big packet of flower for flower bath n shun bian go n beat small ppl ... use the clogs to 打小人.. nw tat i understand wat merlinda told me. when ppl owe money they try means n ways to act blur knowing if they cant pay they still incur the debt. .tis is known as the chao kuan idiots category. dun mean to sound racist..i took abt 60 calls today abt 10% is malay young ones under 25 who chalk up debts for nt paying minimum n incur late and interest charge n r unwillingly to pay.so much for today.. i better do sometingto make me happy..
luckily malene n mariam was on the way home to simei if nt i have to pay taxi cab which cant be charged to the bank coz i m AM Rank. n i cant claim ot nor taxi charge coz i m nt doing night shift.. hhaa..明天会更好吧。。。
