customers demand service. my day today as usual is a series of unreasonable rants and verbal abuse from bitter clients who lost $ in their investments.
and people who come in and whine n whine non stop without giving specific request.just as i was about to knock off , 2 or 3 clients were gving me hell ..
so i knocked off later than usual to sort with these people.
in times of recession and especially in this line.. people run out of patience and will complain more tha nusual over the slightest issue
things i got to learn
to say no n reject people firmly
to do proper handover
to learn to be more assertive
to be more emotionally stable during work
plans of going swimming is now dashed. the weather is not so good
its the time of the month .
cny is coming in less than 3 weeks.
there are lots of things to pack at home
i hope the hdb ppl will stop knockingon the lift upgrading soon. n the ppl from the cc stop singing those horrible song.. they really noise pollution that i cant even take a nice nap man.
