summary.. of yesterday we used 3 hrs to balance cash..
queue was killing . endless servicing
customers r impatient. as if we asked for it..
welll its going to be this way for 2 weeks. cat , lala actually tell me off for going for 1 hr lunch should auto go for half hour lunch
finally left ubi around 8.30 to reach toa payoh at 9.. had a veri late dinner.. till then i was so hungry wat i was eating oso. but i still eat anywhere coz tb treat me dinner .. was sashimi belly. tempura. some sushi along the way.. but it was tasteless to me anyway..
woke up ard 7 today coz boyboy was yelling at landlord.. oh man i cant roll over to sleep after that..
today i got this wear this mascot apron sally.. so doremon.. oso known as the ang bao gal.. who ask me to be ambassador of the bank.. good title only.. a lot of things to settle .. i stil got some left over unfinished service requests to tend to when i go to office today . thinking about it now make me so xian..
count down to cny.. exactly 13 days to cny.. abt 11 working days..
got to wear the silly apron.. coz tis yr they cut cost on part timers.. usually is the mei mei who wears it
we had customers yelling at us .. making comments on the dual queue which we have feeback to the boss. thomas.. but he refuses to make changes . making us suffer everyday coz customer feel imbalanced about the corporate queue ..the priority queue and then sometimes people take advantage of that queue and then everyone is screwed and everybody's day is spoilt by some trouble maker ..
landlord oso veri kelian.. i tink she oso reach home ard 10 odd after she balance cash at her branch ard 9 .. everywhere is crowded... i can understand how frustrating it can b coz i queue in posb n uob to change addresss and after standing there for a couple of minutes . i agree it becomes more n more pek chek..
so on sat.. i went to priority queue hahhahahahaha.. .lol to save time coz i left the boy at the library while i run errand..
this is my 3rd cny with th e bank .. n everyone is stressed now... cheers... looking forward to off day tml...
