citi aint as hostile as i envisage to be. Anna whos my trainer is quite a friendly person
was so fed up with traffic today.. ppl who r supposed to keep left was stuck on the right . simple bo chup . blur or inconsiderate i dunno
my neighbour at his hour is knocking n knocking until icant take it .. i yell frm my top of my voice to ask him to shut up..
if he still continue until 11. then i will take legal action against such senseless activities
i saw this old lady who looks so ngiao.. and unfriendly n so grouchy
there a re a few divisions within citiphone and it looks like a big family

11calls per hr..
88calls per shift with a 300 sec TAT , turn around time... wow.. it is crazy but i will like to be tortured
there were 2 newly wed married colleagues who were also doing rotating shifts as well
i hope the new colleague wont suck like he imperial palace in corporate banking
where everyone really work as a team.
n i hope to grasp all the product knowledge within 2months and also familiarise the banking system
so much to learn even though i m considered a notch more experience than the mei mei intern from ngee ann.. n 3 of these gals were like wearing uniform wahahhaah
i hope to ace the quiz tml n impress my boss..
looks like i got to relearn all the processing systems for citi n feel more empowered to do more things for my clients.
but the pay does compensates.. so no complains..
