Had he not help me to hand it promptly to the interchange officer, i might have lost my important text book on the bus on 15 Feb 2011.. due for exam preparation this sat.. so grateful to Mr Lau Teck Huat bus 8571S & Mr Goh frm Tampines interchange.. wrote them a complimentary letter to SBS transit to comment on their exceptional service...
