recently tbere has been some rumours of restructuring of the organisation , n this indeed brings much distress in the environment..
come later this afternoon i m expecting a overseas guest... who will b inspecting our premises, to give a evaulation to the top management.. i spent the last of the evening trying to collect all the " toys" frm my various colleagues trying to hide some where first in a " box".
there comes the issue of the acting boss n the new boss.. both are in different scope of work n has conflicting issues towards sales n service.. now now we as subordinates are caught between 2 types of management style which in my position is nt good..
